Online Training - Standard Plan

Includes custom workouts, nutrition coaching and direct interaction with unlimited text messaging. Choose your meal plan path and learn how to integrate them into your lifestyle and add variety as you go. Meal plans are calorie appropriate and based on a macro ratio of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat with a variance of 15-20%. The Standard plan includes one (1) video chat or phone call each month to review your next workout plan and answer any questions.

Nutritional Coaching Session

Nutrition education and support to help achieve health and fitness goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. Initial meal plan and physical assessment included. 

5 Session Nutritional Coaching Package

In the first session, I will assess, gather data and work to understand the client’s health goals and motivators and develop the best strategies to reach those goals. Weekly or bi-weekly follow up sessions are to review and discuss the progress of previous goals and any concerns clients have and continue teaching skills.  The output of the session will be to make adjustments or create new goals and motivate clients to continue their changes. 

10 Session Nutritional Coaching Package

This package includes everything listed under the 5 session nutritional package PLUS the newly added opportunity for me to take the client to the grocery store focusing on the produce, dairy, meat and seafood departments (maneuvering the perimeter and aisles of the grocery store). 

Virtual One on One Training Package

EGF Saturday Bootcamp Package

A BOOTCAMP FOR EVERY FITNESS LEVEL - 4 Bootcamps per month PLUS nutritional coaching session.
