I worked for years in the corporate world where I worked 10-12 hours a day and traveled constantly which took time away from my family. I was depressed, sad and my health was slowly deteriorating. The blessing came when I was laid off. It gave me the opportunity to find something I was passionate about and start my second life. I've always had a love for health and fitness and becoming a coach allowed me to live my best life and the chance to help others to do the same. For me, its not just about earning supplemental income, it is about the extra time I have with my family because I am able to be my own boss. Coaching has been a blessing to say the least.
